COUNCIL MEETING JULY 24, 1989 Mr. Stahlberg explained because of incorrect staking the trunk sewer line is not located in the proper position. Mr. Stahlberg read a letter from John Davidson dated July 10, 1989 explaining the error. Mr. Stahlberg noted that this error will be corrected at no expense to the City. PLANNING AND ZONING REPORT - JOHN MILLER Set Hearing for Preliminary Plat, Sunnygate, Good Value Homes, for August 14, 1989, 7:45 P.M. - Mr. Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Minor Subdivision, Dennis Little - Mr. Miller explained that the applicant has asked that this request be withdrawn. Mr. Bohjanen moved to table this item. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Minor Subdivision and Variance, Elmer Crohn - Mr. Miller explained that Mr. Crohn has been before the Council before requesting a subdivision and variance for property located at 635 Main Street. This request is for an adjustment to the rear lot line. Mr. Bohjanen moved to approve the minor subdivision and variance request. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Set Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit, Arsenal Sand and Gravel for August 14, 1989, 8:00 P.M. - Mr. Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Minor Subdivision, Glenn Rehbein - Mr. Miller explained that the applicant has called and said he is no longer interested in pursuing the minor subdivision. Mr. Bohjanen moved to table this item. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 49 - 89 - Set Public Hearing to Consider the Creation of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 -3 Within the Development District #4, September 11, 1989, 7:30 P.M. - Mr. Miller explained that this district involves the Ross' Corner Bottle Shop property. Mr. Neal moved to set this public hearing. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 49 - 89 can be found attached to these minutes. Resolution No. 50 - 89 - Set Public Hearing to Consider the Creation of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1 -4 Within the Development District #1, September 11, 1989, 7:45 P.M. - This district involves the area proposed for the outlet mall. Mr. Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 50 - 89 is attached to these minutes.
