2 7 7 <br />COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 11, 1989 <br />projector. Mrs. Rouse, owner of the lot was in the audience <br />and Acting Mayor Reinert asked if there were any comments <br />from the audience. There were none. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to close the public hearing at 8:17. P.M. <br />Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adopt Resolution No. 61 - 89 vacating the <br />old easement. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 61 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - VACATION OF PORTION OF STREET EASEMENT, <br />ROHAVIC OAKS, SECOND PHASE, RESOLUTION NO. 62 89 <br />Acting Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing at 8:17 P.M. <br />Mr. Stahlberg explained that the Rohavic Oaks, Second Phase <br />is a replat of a portion of Rohavic Oaks. In the old plat, <br />a street was platted over a portion of Lot 6, Block 2, <br />Rohavic Oaks, Second Phase. Since this street will no longer <br />be needed and the area is required to make the lot <br />conforming, Mr. Stahlberg recommended that this portion of <br />the street be vacated. <br />Acting Mayor Reinert asked if there were any comments from <br />the audience. There were none. Mr. Bohjanen moved to close <br />the public hearing at 8:18 P.M. Mr. Bisel seconded the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to adopt Resolution No. 62 - 89 vacating a <br />portion of Linda Avenue over Lot 6, Block 2, Rohavic Oak, <br />Second Phase. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 62 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - RON STAHLBERG <br />Consideration of Easement for Sunrise Meadows - Mr. Stahlberg <br />explained ti.at this easement is required because this is <br />where the trunk water lines are located as the lines enter <br />Sunrise Meadows. Mr. Bohjanen moved to accept the easement. <br />Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Final Plat Approval, Reshanau Park Estates - Mr. Stahlberg <br />explained that this plat will be developed in stages and this <br />plat contain the first stage consisting of twenty lots. Mr. <br />Bisel moved to approve the final plat of the first stage of <br />Reshanau Park Estates contingent upon receipt of all paper <br />work; developers agreement, letter of credit, conveyance of <br />property from partnership, park issues resolved, City <br />
