1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 27, 1990 <br />Minor Subdivision, Land Adjacent to County Road No. 14 and <br />I35E, Secure Properties - Secure Properties wish to sell one <br />(1) of the properties that they own at the above described <br />intersection. It has been discovered that the highway survey <br />markers do not correlate exactly with the legal description <br />and the attorneys feel that the boundaries must be corrected <br />before the sale can be completed. There will be no new <br />parcels created nor will any variances be required. The DRB <br />has recommended approval of the request. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to approve DRB application No. <br />90 - 44. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. On a <br />roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />Set Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit, Anoka County <br />Department of Corrections for September 24, 1990, 7:30 P.M. - <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing. <br />Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Resolution No. 56 - 90, Declaring Costs to be Assessed, West <br />Central Trunk, Darrell Schneider - Mr. Schneider explained <br />that the costs have been determined for this improvement and <br />the assessment roll has been prepared and given to the City <br />Clerk. Council Member Reinert moved to approve Resolution <br />No. 56 - 90. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. <br />On a roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 56 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. 57 - 90 Ordering Assessment Hearing, West <br />Central Trunk for September 24, 1990, 7:45 P.M. - Council <br />Member Bohjanen moved to set this public hearing. Council <br />Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 57 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. b3 - 90 Declaring Costs to be Assessed, <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, Second and Third Additions - Mr. <br />Schneider explained that costs have been determined for this <br />improvement and the assessment roll has been prepared and <br />given to the City Clerk.
