COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 27, 1990 <br />Resolution No. 64 - 90 Ordering Assessment Hearing, Reshanau <br />Lake Estates South, Second and Third Additions for September <br />24, 1990, 8:00 P.M. - Council Member Reinert moved to approve <br />Resolution No. 64 - 90. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 64 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. 65 - 90 Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />Ordering Bids, White Tail Ridge - Mr. Boxrud explained that <br />the plans are completed and a petition has been received from <br />the last remaining landowner. Mr. Boxrud recommended that <br />the Council proceed with this improvement. Council Member <br />Bohjanen moved to approve Resolution No. 65 - 90. Council <br />Member Kuether seconded the motion. On a roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 65 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Resolution No. 70 - 90 Accepting the Bids and Awarding the <br />Contract for the Correctional Facility Sanitary Sewer and <br />Watermain Improvements and Entering into an Agreement with <br />the State of Minnesota - Mr. Schneider explained that bids <br />were opened for this improvement on Thursday, August 23, <br />1990. The bids were reviewed and C. W. Houle, Inc. was <br />determined to be the lowest responsible bidder for the <br />project. <br />An Agreement was sent to the City by the State of Minnesota <br />for the construction of and connection to the sanitary sewer <br />and watermain for the Lino Lakes Correctional Facility. This <br />Agreement should also be approved. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve Resolution No. 70 -90 <br />and the Agreement with the State of Minnesota. Council <br />Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. On a roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 70 - 90 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />Mr. Schneider asked for clarification regarding the motion <br />accepting the assessment for Woodridge Estates and <br />Surrounding Areas. He noted that he had informed the Council <br />that the developer of Woodridge Estates had completed all of <br />the required storm water management improvements on his <br />development. Mr. Schneider had suggested that the Council <br />give the developer a credit for this work. Mr. Schneider <br />asked if this was included in the motion to accept the <br />assessment roll. This is the intent of the Council. <br />
