On a roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS <br />The following appointments were made: <br />Design Review Board - There are five (5) members and no terms <br />expired at the end of 1990. No <br />appointments were made. <br />Park Board - This matter was previously tabled. (See <br />proposed Ordinance No. 01 - 91) <br />Economic Development <br />Committee - Mayor Bisel moved to table this item. <br />Council Reinert seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Circle Pines Gas Utility - No appointment was necessary. <br />Cable Commission - No appointment was necessary. <br />Centennial Fire District <br />Steering Committee - No appointment was necessary. <br />Charter Commission - Appointments will be made in August. <br />Acting Mayor - Mayor Bisel appointed Council Member <br />Reinert. <br />Ways and Means Committee - Mayor Bisel appointed the entire <br />Council to this committee. <br />CONSULTANTS <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />- Council Member Reinert moved to appoint <br />Burke and Hawkins. Council Member Neal <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />- Council Member Bohjanen moved to appoint <br />both TKDA and SEH. Council Member Reinert <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Fiscal Agent - Council Member Bohjanen moved to appoint <br />PAGE 10 <br />246 <br />
