The area will be cleaned in the development of the <br />proposed plat. <br />Council Member Neal moved to close the public hearing at 8:27 <br />P.M. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Reinert noted that one advantage to the long <br />driveways that will exit unto Birch Street is that "turn arounds" <br />will be provided on the lot and cars will not be backing out onto <br />Birch Street. He felt this was a dangerous situation. <br />Mr. Boxrud recommended that the <br />"green sheet" with stipulations <br />moved to adopt Option No. 1 and <br />outlined in DBR application No. <br />seconded the motion. On a roll <br />unanimously. <br />Council adopt Option No. 1 on his <br />A and B. Council Member Bohjanen <br />approve the preliminary plat as <br />90 - 64. Council Member Kuether <br />call vote, motion carried <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the variance for the <br />long cul -de -sac as outlined in DRB application No. 90 - 69. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. On a roll call vote, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />The Council took a five minute recess at 8:37 P.M. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Update- Utility Service to Brandywood Estates and the Centennial <br />School District Property, Resolution No. 15 - 91 - Mr. Boxrud <br />explained that this matter was addressed at the last Council <br />meeting and several questions were raised. Mr. Boxrud used the <br />overhead projector and outlined the original proposal for utility <br />services to Brandywood Estates, the Centennial School property <br />and Pheasant Hills Preserve.
