Mr. Stahlberg explained that the sewer will have to
enter Woodridge Estates in this area either through an
easement or cul -de -sac. Mr. Hulse, 258 Rohavic Lane asked
if the outlot from the green section is through a ditch or
pipe. Mr. Stahlberg said a pipe.
Bruce Barott, 237 Schavvin Court asked what is planned for a
drainage ditch. Mr. Stahlberg asked if Mr. Vickers wanted sewer
available to the two lots. Mr. Vickers said the sewer line
would have to go across property the developer of Woodridge
Estates does not own. Mr. Miller said the City would either
purchase an easement and condemn the property and then go to
court.
Mr. Bisel moved to extend the Council meeting until all
items are completed. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Benson referred to the road that extends north for the
Woodridge Estates plat.
