182, <br />COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 23, 1989 <br />Mr. Bisel moved to close the public hearing at 8:58 P.M. Mr. <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Benson noted that the sixty day waiting period will <br />begin tonight with this hearing. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - IMPROVEMENTS, RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, <br />3RD ADDITION - RESOLUTION NO. 05 - 89 <br />Mayor Benson opened the public hearing at 8:59 P.M. Mr. <br />Stahlberg explained the location of the proposed improvement. <br />Mrs. Anderson explained that this area was not the location <br />that was indicated to her and the publication and <br />notification for this public hearing is not correct. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to close the public hearing at 9:04 P.M. <br />and to advertise the correct location and send the correct <br />notices. Mr. Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr.Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 05 - 89 rescheduling <br />the improvement hearing for Reshanau Lake Estates South, 3rd <br />Addition to February 13, 1989 at 8:15 P.M. Mr. Bisel <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 05 - 89 can be found at the end of these <br />minutes. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD REPORT <br />Set Public Hearing for Rezone of Lot 13, and a portion of Lot <br />12, Block 1, Arthur E. Thom Acres, Baldwin Lake Court - Mr. <br />Bohjanen moved to set the public hearing as indicated. Mr. <br />Bisel seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Site Plan Review, Klosner -Girtz - Mr. Schumacher explained <br />that this proposal is to add to the present building owned by <br />the Klosner - Girtz Partnership and located on Lot 4, Block <br />1, Lino Industrial Park. The plan is -to sell the building to <br />Joe Torgerson who will operate a brake shoe manufacturing <br />company in the building. .The Planning and Zoning Board has <br />recommended approval of the request contigent upon submission <br />of a landscape plan. Mr. Miller, City Planner has also <br />recommended approval of the request. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to approve the request as approved by the <br />Planning and Zoning Board with the addition of the four items <br />listed in Mr. Miller's memorandum to the Planning and Zoning <br />Board dated January 4, 1989.
