183 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 23, 1989 <br />Addition. Resolution No. 02 - 89 - Mr. Bohjanen moved to set <br />the public hearing for February 13, 1989 at 7:45 P.M. Mr. <br />Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />This resolution can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendments Regarding Accessory Building <br />Sizes - Mr. Bisel explained that the Planning and Zoning <br />Board has been wrestling with this ordinance for several <br />months and feels that they cannot draft a better ordinance <br />than what is now in place. They have recommended that the <br />Council continue with the present ordinance. This is the <br />formal notification to the Council of their actions. <br />CONSIDERATION OF FINAL PLAT - RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, <br />3RD ADDITION <br />Mr. Stahlberg explained that he has checked the final plat <br />and all changes have been made. Mr. Hawkins has prepared a <br />title opinion on the plat and there is no problem here. Mr. <br />Bisel moved to accept the final plat of Reshanau Lake Estates <br />South, 3rd Addition. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT - RON STAHLBERG <br />Resolution No. 03 - 89 Ordering Preparation of Plans, <br />Woodridge Estates - Mr. Bisel asked Mr. Burke if he saw any <br />problems with this resolution. Mr. Burke said no, not as <br />long as the developer agrees to pay the cost of the plans. <br />This action does not imply approval of the improvement. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve Resolution No. 03 - 89 ordering <br />preparation of plans for Woodridge Estates. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. This <br />resolution can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Resolution No. 04 - 89 Ordering Preparation of Plans, <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, 3rd Addition - Mr. Reinert moved <br />to table this resolution. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />West Shadow Lake Drive -'This item was discussed at the <br />January 17, 1989 Work Session and Mayor Benson asked Mr. <br />Stahlberg to prepare a summary of the action of that meeting <br />regarding this matter and submit the memorandum to the <br />Council. <br />Elm Street Neighborhood Meeting Mayor Benson noted that a <br />meeting has been scheduled and the Council is on record as <br />making this the number one priority for a MSA improvment <br />project. Mr. Bisel noted that West Shadow Lake Drive, East <br />Ash Street and the extension of 7th Avenue south to 62nd <br />Street all have been designated as possible improvements but <br />PAGE 8 <br />
