Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Zelinka reported that he had talked with Mrs. Billik and <br />she has indicated that she will be out of the house at Sunrise <br />Park by July 31, 1978. <br />Mayor Karth said that Mr. Volk had checked 64th Street and there <br />has been trucks hauling in and out and there is evidence of a cat <br />been driven over the street. This street has been completely <br />destroyed. <br />Mr. McLean wondered who actually owns the land where the hauling <br />is being done - Scherer of LeRoix. <br />After some discussion, Mr. Zelinka moved to authorize the Attorney <br />to take the necessary legal action for the restoration of this <br />street. This action to be taken as soon as the necessary infor- <br />mation is available. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion de- <br />clared passed. <br />Mr. Volk had requested the authori #y to work with Mr. Gotwald on <br />establishing the specifications for the pole building to be con- <br />structed near the City Hall. Mr. McLean asked if this is to in- <br />clude the suggested warming house? He felt if the service doors <br />and windows should be included in the specifications. <br />Mr. Volk had also reported the sign program will be ready for the III <br />first meeting in July. <br />Mayor Karth reported on the estimated cost of $385.00 to $400.00 <br />to expand the Council table. This cost would include a complete <br />new top since the material now cannot be matched. There will be <br />more on this later. <br />Mr. McLean presented the following items from the Planning and <br />Zoning Board meeting held on June 21, 1978. <br />..Mr. Lyle Carpenter had appeared in conjuction with two parcels <br />of property he had requested to have combined with his existing <br />parcel. After some discussion, Mr. Carpenter had decided that <br />rather than a special use permit for this property, he would file <br />a request for rezoning. He will contact Mr. Locher and return to <br />the July meeting. <br />..Mr. Brian Dobie had appeared for discussion on the splitting of <br />some land. This was an informational discussion and Mr. Dobie <br />was advised to contact Mr. Gotwald on some of his problems. <br />..Mr. plyes presented a preliminary plat for six lots on Pine <br />Street. The Planning and Zoning Board had recommended approval <br />with the stipulation that the easement on the West side be cor- <br />rected tO 33' in place of the 30' feet. The easement along the <br />South line was discussed. The %Council requested that Mr. Pyles <br />plat the 27' as a street right -of -way. Together with the ex- <br />isting 33' right -of -way on the land to the South, this would en- <br />sure a 60' street right -of -way for the existing platted lots. <br />Mr. Pyles agreed. <br />Mr. McLean moved the approve this preliminary plat subject to the <br />33' on the West and the South 27' being designated as a street <br />
