Motion declared passed. <br />O. ;I <br />L± <br />The Public Hearing on the vacation of the Public Utility easements in <br />Twilite Acres was called to order at 11: 30 P.M. Mr. Locher explained <br />this vacation is due to the change in the configuration of the rear lot <br />line. THis releases the existing easements and establishes the easement <br />along the new lines. Mr. Zelinka mvoed to approve this vacation subject <br />to payment of all legal fees. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to accept the deeds to the City for the easements. <br />Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to close the hearing at 11:45 P.M. Seconded by Mr. <br />McLean.. Motion declared passed. <br />Mr. Locher had checked the application for an off -sale liquor license by <br />Mrs. Janice Kutzner. This is for a change in ownership of Bill & Fran's <br />Liquor S tore on Highway #49. Mr. Locher said everything was in order <br />with the exception that the insurance msut include a "ten day written <br />notice" clause. <br />Mr. MCLean moved to approve this application subject to the Police report <br />and the 10 day written notice prior to cancellation being included in <br />the assurance pursuant to City Ordinances. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. <br />Motion declared passed. <br />The developers of Rohavic Oaks had dropped off some deeds to drainage <br />lots in tha t plat. These were given to Mr. Locher to check. <br />Chief Myhre had received a grant agreement for the purchase of the moving <br />radar until This requires a Resolution authorizing the City to enter into <br />this agreement. Mr. Zelinka moved to authorize the Mayor and the Clerk <br />to sign this document. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion declared passed. <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lino Lakes enter into an agreement with <br />the State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety for the following <br />purpose. to -wit: <br />To reimbuse the City for monies spent in connection with project grant <br />number 79 -05 -02 for the purchase of moving radar at 50% of the net contract <br />price of the radar unit but not to exceed $289.50 per -radar unit. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City and City Clerk be and <br />they are hereby authorized to execute such agreement. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />State of Minnesota <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct copy <br />of the Resolution presented to and adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Lino Lakes at a duly authorized meeting thereof held on May 14, <br />1979, as shown by the minutes of said meeting in my possession. <br />Edna L.
