Mr. Zelinka felt it probably would be less
costly to do as part of this project. Mr. Gotwald said this must be
done as a separate project, but some of the work can be done at this
time and he will have an informal report for the Council in a few weeks.
It will take about 6/8 weeks to complete the report on the improvements
but this can be ready sooner.
The hearing on the subject of Deer Pass Trail was called to order at
9:45 P.M. Mr. Gotwald said ti would cost approximately $6000.00 to
up grade that street to City specifications. Mayor Karth asked his reasons for this position and Mr. LaBuda
said he has no plats for the area.
Mr. Gotwald said if this cost is split down the middle, it would cost
Mr. LaBuda approximately $500.00 per lot.
Mr. Prokop asked how the road specifications differ from the specifications
in 1974? Mr. Gotwald said they were the same. Mr. Prokop asked if the
Council can decide that the road is complete? Mr. Gotwald itemized the
things that need to be done before the road is considered complete.
Mr. McLean asked what had been expended to date and Mr. Prokop said
$6900.00.
