Dated this 25th day of June 1979. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Anoka <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />June 25, 1979 <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct <br />copy of a Resolution duly passed, adopted and approved by the City <br />Council of Lino Lakes at a meeting thereof haeld in the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota, on the 25th day of June 1979, as disclosed by the <br />records of said City in my possession <br />Edna L. Sarner, Clerk- Treasurer <br />The motion was duly seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared <br />passed with all present voting in favor. <br />The Council requested Mr. Ruud to take a look at Main Street between <br />the City Hall Park and Highway #8 for the possibility of widening out <br />the shoulders for the childern who use bikes to get to the Park. MR. <br />Ruud said he would look at it on the way home and this could be included <br />in the regular maintenanace program. <br />Mr. Burman and Mr. Ruud thanked the Council for their actions and left. <br />Mayor Karth reported on the Police report on the inspection of Mr. <br />Roland Fords property in response to a letter from Mr. McShannock.. <br />There was discussion on methods of enforcing a clean up at this property. <br />Mr. Locher said legal action could be taken to force theclean up and <br />an injunction restraining Mr. Ford from dumping any more. Mr. Locher <br />felt the Anoka County Health Department should be contacted and have <br />this area checked for conformance to the County's landfill regulations. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz moved to authorize Mr. Locher to contact the County <br />for this procedure. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed. <br />There was no financial report. Due to the absence of minutes of the <br />Planning and Zoning Board meeting held on June 20, 1979, there is no <br />report from that Board. All matters that had been handled at this <br />meeting will be considered at the July 9, 1979 regular Council meeting. <br />Mr. Tim Rehbine had applied for a variance to transfer a parcel of land <br />of less than 24 acres to correct insufficient footage on a side lot line. <br />In doing this, it became necessary to apply for a variance to the lot <br />the land was being taken from. These variance had received approval of <br />the Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Zelinka moved to approve both <br />variances. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />There was a lady in the audience who was interested in the progress <br />of the City's position on Andall Street. Mr. Gotwald said it is <br />necessary to get a certificate of survey to establish the right -of- <br />way. He also suggested this improvement be handled by the owners in <br />order to reduce the cost. The lady said she would relay this information. <br />Mr. Kulaszewicz reported that only Mr. Kronholm and Mr. Jaworski <br />aggended the Police Advisory Commission meeting. However, there was <br />
