277 <br />July 9, 1979 <br />..Mr. Kenneth Skoglund had applied for a variance to construct a garage <br />nearer the rear lot line than set forth in the Ordinance. More infor- <br />mation was needed, action was delayed on this request. <br />..The rezoning application of El Rehbein & Son had been continued until <br />the next meeting. <br />..Mr. & Mrs. John Bruner had applied for a rezoning from R1 to R2 of a <br />home located at 790 Vicky Lane. Planning and Zoning had recommended <br />approval of this request. Mr. McLean moved to set a public hearing for <br />the rezoning of the home at 790 Vicky Land from Rl to R2, for August <br />13, 1979 at 9:30 P.M. Seconded by Mr, Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />..Mr. Fran Burque's plat was consdiered and there are several items that <br />must be provided per the Engineer's and Planner's recommendations. Mr. <br />McLean moved that Mr. Burque be informed of these requirements by mail <br />before the next Planning and Zoning Board meeting. Seconded by Mr. <br />Kulaszewicz. Motion declared passed. <br />..Mr. Tim Rehbine had appeard for discussion of construction of duplexes <br />on 77th Street. No action was taken by the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />..Mr. Charles Bloom had presented a preliminary plat and the action was <br />deferred until the next meeting. <br />..The matter of Mr. Richare Klenck of Rolling Hills Drive was discussed. <br />The Planning adn Zoning Board moved to rescind the special use permit <br />that allowed Mr. Klenck to operate a vehicle of over 9000 pounds on that <br />street. Since no action on this special use permit had been taken by <br />this Council, no further action was necessary. <br />..There was discussion on the matter of Sandpiper Drive with the Clerk <br />reading the discussion from the June 25, 1979 Council meeting. <br />..The street lighting problem in Shenandoah had been discussed. Mr. <br />Volk is to contact Mr. Gotwald and work a temporary installation of a <br />security light until final decision are made for that area. <br />..The Baldwin Lake Trailer Park plan was considered. All requirements <br />as set forth by the Planner and Engineer had been complied with. Mr. <br />Zelinka asked if the existing private homes can be sewered and Mr. <br />Howard said he would have no objection to their hooking up. There are <br />two land locked parcels involved. <br />Mr. McLean moved to accept the Julu 2, 1979 drawing of the Baldwin Lake <br />Trailer Court expansion with 30' streets, lots 60' in width, fire <br />hydrants per State Health Department and ingress and egress for the two <br />private parcels of land within the bouldaries of the Park and sewer acess <br />to these private residences at the private owner's expense, via the in- <br />terceptor. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed. <br />There was discussion on the need for rezoning of the several lots of the <br />expansion area with the general agreement to rezone the entire park area. <br />Mr. McLean moved to set a public hearing for the rezoning of the entire <br />park area for July 23, 1979 at 9:30 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Zelinka. Motion <br />declared passed. <br />Mr. Ray Rehbein had applied for a variance to transfer a parcel of land <br />of less than 2J acres. The Planning and Zoning and recommended approval <br />of this request. Mr. McLean moved to approve this variance. Seconded <br />by Mr. Zelinka. Motion declared passed. This land is located on the <br />Southeast corner of Highway 8 and 77th Street. <br />On discussing the problems of Rolling Hills Drive and 64th Stree and the <br />destruction of those two strees, the Clerk was instructed to write to Mr. <br />Richard Klenck and Mr. Marcel LeRoux to appear at the nex Council meeting <br />to discuss this matter. Mr. Volk is to be presentat that meeting. <br />Mr. Hank Miers was present to discuss his work at the gravel pit on Otter <br />
