052 <br />COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 25, 1991 <br />Mr. Miller noted that the school is to be completed by July, <br />1992. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the site and building <br />plan, DRB Application No. 91 - 04. Council Member Kuether <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Bohjanen•moved to approve the variance, DRB <br />Application NO. 91 - 08. Council Member Kuether seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, TO TAKE PUBLIC COMMENT AND CONSIDER RESOLUTION <br />NO. 17 91 REGARDING RE- DESIGNATING SOME OF THE 1989 COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that some CDBG rules have changed and <br />the City was unable to spend all of the funds allocated to the <br />City in 1989. He recommended that the Council re- designate the <br />remaining funds ($8,318.00) for use in the surface water <br />management acquisition plan. The majority of the 1990/1991 CDGB <br />funds were allocated to this project. <br />Acting Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing at 7:23 P.M. <br />There was no one to speak for or against the proposal. Council <br />Member Bohjanen moved to close the public hearing at 7:24 P.M. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to authorize the re- designation of <br />CDBG funds as outlined in Resolution No. 17 - 91. Council Member <br />Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 17 - 91 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN AMENDMENT, LAKE <br />AMELIA TOWN HOMES <br />Mr. Miller explained that an error was made and this matter <br />should be considered at the April 8, 1991 Council meeting. The <br />Council agreed to postpone this matter until 7:00 P.M., April 8, <br />1991. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Resolution No. 25 - 91 Ordering Improvement and Preparation of <br />Plans for 66th Street, Dan Boxrud - Mr. Boxrud explained that the <br />public hearing on this matter was held on January 14, 1991. A <br />petition against the improvement has been received from one (1) <br />of the two (2) affected landowners.
