1 6 March 26, 1973 Mr. Graham of the Spring Realty Company had appeared in behalf of McDonald Ind. in conjunction with the erection of a 500' radio tower on the Amelia Rehbe i n property located on Birch Street. He was asking for information as to the necessary action to take in regards to the use of the land. Mr. Jaworski asked it they had contacted to FAA. Mr. Marier said, No, they had only the permission of the FCC. The Clerk is to call Mr. Graham and ask him about this. Mr. Cardinal moved to set the hearing for- a special use permit for Apri I 18, 1973 at 8:45 P.M. before the P &Z Board and April 23, 1973 at 8 :45 P.M. before the Counci I for the McDonald Ind. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried. Mr. Marier reported there had been a presentation on the For -Jay operation and Mr. Zelinka will have the complete layout ready for the next P &Z meeting. The P &Z Board had recommended a Spring Clean -Up week and had asked that the Council set aside a week for this and to notify all residents. The Council agreed to set the last week in April as Spring Clean -Up week and flyers are to be distributed with the Information Guides. He also reportedthat the P &Z Board will be interviewing prospects for a Planning consultant on April 14, 1973. They will interview a represnt- ative from Midwest Planning at 8:00 P.M. and one from Beckman and Yonder at 9:00 P.M. and will have a recommendation for the next Council meeting. Mr. Zelinka said there had been no meetings of the Enviornmental Commission but that the Personnel Commission will be meeting this week to make a salary study. Mr. Locher had looked over the application by Mr. Thomas LAVaI le for sewer installation license and found the insurance in order except the copy was issued to the ViIlege of New Brighton. The Clerk is to write and ask for a copy issued to the Village of Lino Lakes and also that the Cannce l l ati on only with 10 days notice be added. Mr. Francis Burque appeared in regards to some lots that he owns on 20th Avenue So. He plans to attend a County meeting tomorrow and will have more information as to their requirements for right -of -way demands. There was discussion on the plat he presented but no action was taken. Mr. Locher and the Clerk reported that they had no news on the plane in Marsham Lake. The Clerk presented applications from U.S. Lakes for directional signs in conjunction with the opening of their new models. There was discussion as to the location and Mr. Jaworski moved to send to the P &Z. Seconded by Mr-. Cardinal. Motion carried. They asked that the location of the signs be shown on a mop,. The Clerk also reported that she had a call from Mr. Herbst this day informing her that he had posted the gravel pit. He had found it full of branches and cut trees and whi le there a truck from the Kunz Tree Service had driven in with a load but on seeing hire, had driven away and he had been unable to catch them.
