28.1 <br />6/12/72 <br />Mr. Jaworski said he will get bids for the next meeting. Mr. Marier also asked about <br />the easement for Holly Dr. with Grygelko, and one other land owner. Mr. Locher said <br />there is no easement of record. It should be made passable and with two culverts. <br />Mr. Gotwald said the record books show a 66 ft. easement but deeds weren't filed <br />with the Register of Deeds. <br />Mr. Marier asked if we have heard from the County about ditching on the east end <br />of Birch St. Along property owned by Helen Ryke1. He moved we send them a letter <br />and have them reply by letter by the next meeting. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski noted that nothing has been heard from the County concerning County <br />Road 84 posting for 9 and 5 ton either.
