86 <br />May 24, 1976 <br />to move the sign from :the mailbox and post it on the adjacent property. Mr. Brokke had <br />agreed. Mr. Brokke has also requested a mailing address from Centerville and will have <br />has cards and advertising reprinted with the Centerville address. <br />Mr. Brokke is doing some remodeling at the Lino Lakes address and Mr. Mobley had advised <br />him to get a building permit. Mr. Brokke had agreed to only park two cars on the Lino <br />Lakes property and he will mark the property line to assure the trucks being parked on <br />the Centerville property. Mr. Mobley felt the plans for the storage bulding are in pro- <br />cess and that Mr. Borkke's intents are on the up and up. <br />Mr. McLean complimented Mr. Mobley on his follow -up of this matter and the manner in which <br />the details were handled. <br />A gentleman from the audience questioned the 7000# limit on theparking of vehicles in a <br />residential zone. This man felt that a lot of persons in the City are in violation of <br />that portion of the Ordinance. He asked if this was to be enforced. Mr. McLean said <br />the Planning and Zoning Board is aware of this problem and this ordinance is one that <br />is being updated. <br />Mr. Karth moved to approve this special use permit. Seconded by Mr. McLean. Motion carr- <br />ied unanimously. <br />Mr. LeRoy Houle had appeared before the Board requesting a special use permit for the <br />construction of apole type building for the storage of his equipment. The set backs <br />were discussed. Mr. Houle had signatures of the surrounding property- owners. Mr. Mc- <br />Lean moved to approve this special use permit. Seconded by Mr. Schneider. Motion carr- <br />ied unanimously.. <br />Mr. Lee Starr had appeared before the Board with some material on the needs for revision <br />in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan in conjunction with the interceptor. Mr. Starr had <br />felt this would take some time and suggested a special meeting on consideration of this <br />matter. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board has scheduled a special meeting for May 26, 1976 at 7:30 <br />P.M. for consideration of this. All Council members, the Attorney, Engineer, Planner <br />and all members of the Planning and Zoning Board have received a notice of this meeting. <br />Mr. Starr had said he would request a months extension for the required Resolution from <br />the Council. This would be in the form of a letter from Mr. Boland but it has not been <br />received as yet. The Clerk was instructed to contact the Engineer and Planner and ask <br />them to attend this meeting. <br />Mr. Fran Burque had appeared questioning the rules for the transfer of three parcels of <br />land. Two of the parcels are more than the required 21 acres and need no special treat- <br />ment. The third is a 45' x 100' tract to be transferred to an existing home to be used <br />for a driveway. Mr. Burque was advised to apply for a variance to Ordinance 21A. This <br />he had done and Mr. McLean moved to approve the transfer of title on this Tract A. Sec - <br />conded by Mr. Karth': Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Moore, new owner of the Blue Heron, had applied for a sign permit for the construction <br />of a new sign at that location. The name will be changed to "The Wood Shed ". Mr. Mobley <br />reported he had checked the sign and the location had been approved. Mr. McLean moved <br />to approve this application. Seconded by Mr. Schnedier. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Blaine Edmundson, a building contractor, had appeared before the Board with some pre- <br />liminary sketches of a development located at the end of 62nd street.
