After discussion Mr. Bohjanen moved to grant Mr. Dick Olson a 90 -day extension <br />permit to keep his trailer parked at its present location. Seconded by W. <br />Rosengren. Carried. <br />Mr. Floyd Miller was present to request a special use permit to erect a building <br />on his property, on West Rondeau Lake Road, which he would use as an office and <br />storage building for two trucks. Plans showed that the building would look <br />similar to a house; the property was not zoned commercial. This would be a base <br />operation for his cabinet-making crew, and would be used in building cabinets <br />for his own homes. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved that we call for hearings before the P&Z on September 18 and <br />the Council on September 23 to consider issuing a special use permit to Mr. Floyd <br />Miller to use said building as an office and storage space for two trucks. <br />Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. The Building Inspector was authorized to issue <br />a building permit to Mr. Miller immediately. <br />Mr. Jaworski mentioned that the Northwest Citizen's Bank club was through in <br />Sunrise Park and had left is very clean. W. Jaworski therefore moved that the <br />bond for the Northwest Citizen's Band Club he released. Seconded by W. Bohjaneu. <br />Carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski also mentioned that the Personnel Commission had finished their work <br />and that they would begin doing job descriptions for Village employees before <br />interviewing persons for positions. W. Jaworski then moved that the Personnel <br />Commission be authorized to set forth the descriptions of and the qualifications <br />required for all Village employees. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried. <br />Mr. Bohjanen reported that the C&BDC had nothing to report since the last Council <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Rosengren stated that he had also viewed Sunset and Lakeview area, that the <br />contractor should fix up Sunset to residents satisfaction or do the job over. <br />Mr. Rosengren stated that he had also viewed Sunset and Lakeview area, that the <br />contractor should fix up Sunset to residents satisfaction or do the job over. <br />Mr. Rosengren reported that Tom Anderson had not used one culvert which the Village <br />had given him last summer and would like permission to pick it up since Mr. <br />Anderson had not yet paid for it. Mr. Cardinal thus moved that Mr. Rosengren <br />write a note for Mr. Anderson to sign giving Mr. Rosengren permission to remove the <br />unused culvert and accessories. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. If Mr. <br />Rosengren is unable to obtain such a signed note, he is to contact the Attorney. <br />There was some discussion on the matter of buried cables and pipelines. The Clerk <br />was instructed to secure model ordinances from the League on this. There is <br />considerable concern as there are plans to construct large H- frames for electric <br />service in the area, possibly some going south of Main Street. <br />Mr. Rosengren mentioned that Bob Lundgren was cutting along the roads. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Mr. Gotwald presented the four privately submitted bids for roadwork to be done <br />on Bald Eagle, Rolling Hills and 64th; the highest bid was $4,478.00, the lowest <br />was $2,691.50 by T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. W. Gotwald recommended that <br />the Council authorize Mr. Rosengren to contact Mr. Schifsky to get the work started. <br />He also mentioned that he had talked with W. Lindberg on finishing the work on <br />64$h; W. Lindberg will bring the road up to the Village Road Department's <br />specifications. <br />
