Krueger tract, located in the NE 1/4 - <br />SE 1/4 of Section 8, T 31 N, R 22 W, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 31 North, Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at a point where the center line of United States Highway No. 8 <br />intersects the center line of the Carlton Road, so called, which road runs <br />along the North boundary line of said NE 1/4 - SE 1/4 of Section 8, thence <br />East, along said center line of the Carlton Road, so called, a distance of <br />143 feet to a point on said center line of the Carlton Road, so called; <br />thence South, at right angles to the first described course, a distance of <br />400 feet to a point; thence southwesterly, parallel with the center line <br />of said United States Highway No. 8, a distance of 180 feet to the point <br />of beginning; thence continuing southwesterly, parallel with the center <br />line of United States Highway No. 8, a distance of 90 feet; thence West, <br />parallel with the north line of the NE 1/4 - SE 1/4 of Section 8, a distance <br />of 393 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection with the center <br />line of U. S. Highway No. 8; thence northeasterly, along the center line <br />of said U. S.
