252 <br />Mr. Bohjanen, Mr. Cardinal, W. L'Allier and W. Ross voted Aye. Mr. Rosengren abstained. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Locher stated that we should bring up the subject of fire wardens on Dec. 11, 1967, <br />as the State Fire Warder could not appear until a later time. <br />Mr. Locher read a letter regarding tax - forfeited land in the Village. Mr. Ross made a <br />motion that the letter be turned over to Mr. L'Allier and the Park Board to see if this <br />land could be used by the Village. Seconded by W. Bohjanen. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes accepts the petition for filing <br />from the 70 -plus citizens opposing the landfill. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Mr. Bohjanen, <br />Mr. Cardinal, Mr. L'Allier and Mr. Ross voted Aye. Mr. Rosengren abstained. Carried. <br />Motion made by W. L'Allier that the C&BDC check on landfill needs in Lino Lakes and <br />watch County development of same in Lino Lakes area. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion <br />carried. <br />Mr. Locher stated he would keep on checking on the El Rehbein property regarding Village <br />acceptance of the. roads. <br />Mr. Locher stated he would get a list of names of property owners on Orange so that they <br />could sign a petition to have their street fixed up properly. <br />Mr. L'Allier stated that the Postmaster at Hugo would get a list of people which are <br />served by the Hugo Post Office and reside in the Village of Lino Lakes. <br />Mr. Houle gave a financial report on the Forest Lake Hospital. <br />Mr. Ross gave a report on the meeting with our Bond Consultants, the Springsted Co, who <br />recommended that Lino Lakes nojiessen road requirements for builders. <br />Mr. Bohjanen made a motion to adjourn at 10:25 PM, seconded by Mr. Cardinal.
