210 <br />COUNCIL MEETING AUGUST 24, 1992 <br />for the City Council. <br />Mayor Reinert commended the staff for putting this document <br />together and noted that it should save time in the future. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adopt the Fiscal Analysis of <br />Development Impacts draft as presented. Council Member Neal <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION OF ACCEPTING THE CENTENNIAL FIRE STEERING COMMITTEE <br />RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND THE 1993 BUDGET <br />The Centennial Fire District Joint Powers Agreement states that all <br />three (3) member communities of the District will share the cost of <br />common space. With the completion of Station No. 2, Fire Chief <br />Bennett has recommended the following 1993 budget adjustments: <br />1. The addition of common space payments to Lino Lakes by the <br />cities of Circle Pines and Centerville. <br />2. Two trucks have been removed from service which reduces the <br />depreciation payments by $730.00. <br />It was noted that all three (3) communities feel that item No. 1 is <br />fair to all. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the budget amendment. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried with <br />Council Member Neal abstaining. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consideration of Minutes <br />1. Council <br />Member Elliott seconded the motion.
