This trail will be posted so that only foot traffic <br />will be permitted. <br />Douglas Kruse, 6263 Red Maple Lane noted that during the public <br />hearing on this subdivision, the developer promised that there <br />would be particular landscaping at the north boundary of his lot <br />and asked if this is still part of the final plat. Mr. Uhde, the <br />developer of Reshanau Lake Estates South, Fifth Addition <br />explained that the landscaping will remain the same as presented <br />during the public hearing and the plantings will be done as <br />promised. Mr. Uhde noted that because of Army Corp of Engineer <br />requirements, there will not be as many lots as originally <br />planned but landscaping will remain the same. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the final plat of <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, Fifth Addition with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Grading and drainage plans meet the approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br />2. The developer meet park and trail dedication requirements as <br />recommended by the Park Advisory Committee and approved by <br />the City Council. <br />3. The developer enter into a development agreement with the <br />City. <br />4. Comments from other City Staff. <br />5. Landscape plans as presented at the preliminary plat public <br />hearing. <br />Council Member Elliott second the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 92 - 121 Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />Ordering Advertisement for Bids, Reshanau Lake Estates South, <br />Fifth Addition - Plans and specifications were ordered for this <br />improvement on July 8, 1992 with the Fourth Addition and a letter <br />of credit was deposited on July 29, 1992. The public hearing on <br />the improvements was held August 12, 1991. Plans and <br />specifications for the fifth addition were delay at the request <br />of the developer. <br />Plans and specifications are now completed. Resolution No. 92 - <br />121 has been prepared ordering the advertisement for bids. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adopt Resolution No. 92 - 121. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion.
