1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 22, 1993 <br />Jorgensen, the owner of the double bungalow will be responsible <br />for completing the following items prior to the recording of the <br />easement vacation on June 1, 1993: <br />1. Mr. Eibensteiner will provide a document to the City of Lino <br />Lakes providing an easement for ingress and egress purposes <br />over Lot 17, Block 1, Black Duck Estates Second Addition to <br />Outlot K, Lakes Addition No. 2. <br />2. Mr. Eibensteiner will provide a reasonable grade and sub- <br />base over the above mentioned easement on Lot 17. <br />3. Mr. Eibensteiner will grade the existing drainageway west <br />of the double bungalow and remove the culvert under the <br />existing driveway to provide continuity in drainage as shown <br />on the approved grading plan for Black Duck Estates Second <br />Addition. <br />4. Mr. Jorgensen will take the necessary action to grade the <br />driveway on his property and provide a surface over the <br />entire length of said driveway. <br />Mr. Tom Sobetski, 6650 East Shadow Lake Drive asked who would be <br />responsible for removing the existing driveway. Mr. Schneider <br />explained that this has not been worked out yet. There is <br />nothing in the minutes from 1977 that would indicate how this is <br />to be done. <br />Mr. Sobetski asked to have the removal of the existing driveway <br />expidiated. He asked why the delay until June 1, 1993. Mr. <br />Schneider explained that street in Black Duck Estates Second <br />Addition has not been completed. In addition the developer, Mr. <br />Eibensteiner must complete the grading and sub -base for the new <br />driveway. This work must wait until the frost is out of the <br />ground. <br />Mr. Sobetski noted that he gets his Quad Paper regularily and <br />felt that the City Council was doing a good job of notifying him <br />on matters of importance to him. <br />There was no one else to speak during this public hearing. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to close the public hearing at 8:58 <br />P.M. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 09 - 93 <br />Vacating an Easement for Ingress and Egress Purposes Over Lot 30, <br />PAGE 13 <br />-i, <br />
