1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />30`. <br />COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 22, 1993 <br />aid road, accesses are limited. Anoka County Highway Department <br />has reviewed the access and will be granting a permit for the <br />shared driveway. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the site plan review and <br />minor subdivision with the nine (9) conditions listed above. <br />Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 92 - 93 Supporting the Greenhaven <br />Press, Inc. Proposal - Mr. Wessel explained that Greenhaven <br />Press, Inc., a text book publisher, currently headquartered in <br />San Diego with a distribution warehouse center in Shoreview plan <br />to build as outlined in the previous agenda item. EDAAB has been <br />working with the company to facilitate the move to Lino Lakes. <br />Lino Lakes has been competing against five (5) other communities <br />for this business. EDAAB requests the support of the City <br />Council for Tax Increment Financing assistance as outlined in <br />Resolution No. 92 - 93. Mr. Wessel read the resolution. <br />Council Member Bergeson noted that if the City Council supports <br />this resolution, no dollars will be spent from the General Fund. <br />The dollars outlined in the resolution will come from additional <br />taxes dollars generated by the improvement of that particular <br />property. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to approve support for Greenhaven <br />Press, Inc. as outlined in Resolution No. 92 - 93. Council <br />Member Elliott seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 92 - 93 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Final Plat, Pheasant Hills Preserve, Fourth Addition - This <br />subdivision is located north of Birch Street and just west of <br />Centerville Road. This particular phase of the development is <br />located on the eastern border of the plat and contains 22 R -1X <br />lots. The preliminary plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve was <br />approved by the Planning and Zoning Board and City Council in <br />August, 1990. This request is for the final plat of the fourth <br />addition. <br />Staff has reviewed this request and recommends approval., A <br />Development Agreement has been signed and financial guarantees <br />are in place for all site improvements. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the final plat of Pheasant <br />Hills Preserve, Fourth Addition as presented. Council Member <br />Elliott seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PAGE 7 <br />
