Scope of Services A well-defined scope of work is the cornerstone to delivering a successful project. We will provide the resources, experience, and knowledge to deliver this project from the start of the preliminary design phase though the construction phase. Our scope of services for each phase is outlined below: Preliminary Design Phase ■ Project Management ■ Utility Coordination ■ Data Collection ■ Public Engagement ■ Topographic Survey Final Design & Bid Document Preparation ■ Project Management ■ Street Design ■ Storm Sewer Design ■ Preparation of Plans and Specifications ■ Opinion of Probable Cost ■ Permitting ■ Bidding Assistance Construction Services will be added to the scope of work once the project has reached the final design phase. This will allow us to determine the appropriate construction schedule for the actual improvements being built and a well-defined scope of work. Schedule In preparation for final plans and specifications, we have prepared the following schedule: Consultant Notice to Proceed November 19, 2014 1st Neighborhood meeting — General Information December 16, 2014 Authorize Preparation of Plans and Specs Street Reconstruction January 12, 2015 60% Plan Review January 26, 2015 2nd Neighborhood meeting — Preliminary Project Layout February 10, 2015 Approve Plans and Specifications and Authorize Advertisement for Bids March 23, 2015 Bid Opening April 23, 2015 Award Contract and Issue Notice To Proceed April 27, 2015 Begin Construction (Estimated) June 15, 2015 Substantial Completion (Estimated) October 23, 2015 Final Completion (Estimated) November 6, 2015 Page 2
