The construction service scope and fees will be submitted separately during the final design <br />phase of the project as mentioned previously. <br />Preliminary Design Phase $ 40,509.00 (Hourly Not to Exceed) <br />Final Design & Bid Documents $156,351.00 (Hourly Not to Exceed) <br />Bidding Assistance $ 1,938.00 (Hourly Not to Exceed) <br />Total $198,798.00 (Hourly Not to Exceed) <br />A detailed list of project tasks are defined and shown on the attached task hour budget worksheet. <br />Tasks not shown are considered outside of the scope of services. If additional work is necessary, we will <br />prepare a detailed scope of work and include it as an addendum to this agreement.
