25() <br />COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 14, 1994 <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br />Council Budget Work Session, October 25, 1994 - Council Member <br />Elliott moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council <br />Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council <br />Member Kuether abstaining. <br />Regular Council Meeting, October 24, 1994 - Council Member <br />Elliott moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council <br />Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council <br />Member Kuether abstaining. <br />CONSIDERATION OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />October 31, 1994 - Council Member Elliott moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the <br />motion. Council Member Kuether questioned the first disbursement <br />to the NAIOP Foundation. Mr. Schumacher explained that Mr. <br />Wessel, the Community Development Director, attended a seminar <br />and the expense is the registration fee. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />November 14, 1994 - Council Member Elliott moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Centennial Fire District - Council Member Elliott moved to <br />approve these disbursements as presented. Council Member Kuether <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD REPORT <br />Consideration of Site Plan Review for Hardwood Creek Farm, 2306 - <br />80th Street - Mr. Powell explained that this is a request to move <br />a single family home onto the property located at 2306 - 80th <br />Street. The property is located on the southwest corner of 80th <br />Street and 24th Avenue (Elmcrest Avenue). and is zoned R -BR. A <br />conditional use permit was granted in 1972 to allow the existing <br />214,720 square foot arena and horse barn on the 50+ acre site. <br />The arena area also contains a living unit which was not shown on <br />the original plan submitted in 1972. The current property owner, <br />Mrs. Erickson, has indicated that when they purchased the <br />property, eight (8) years ago, the living area was existing. She <br />also indicated that the unit is used sporadically. Sometimes <br />there is a tenant and sometimes the space is empty. <br />The City Zoning Ordinance provides that single family dwellings <br />are permitted in the R -BR Zoning District.
