COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 3,1996 <br />Mayor Landers proposed that the City document where all underground fuel tanks are <br />located so that they can be monitored. Council discussed this matter and determined that <br />there was no way to positively identify all of the underground tanks. Council did feel that <br />a "good faith" effort should be made to do this and directed staff to place an <br />announcement in the next City newsletter asking residents to let staff know if they have <br />an underground fuel storage tank. <br />JOINT COOPERATIVE PROGRAMMING, MARTY ASLESON <br />A Joint Cooperative Programming Agreement with the City of Circle Pines has been <br />prepared and sent to the City Attorney for his review and comment. The Park Board did <br />review and approve the Agreement. <br />If the Agreement is legally acceptable, it will be brought to the City Council for their <br />approval. <br />Mr. Asleson gave each Council Member a copy of the Earth Day oted that all <br />four (4) participating cities are funding the event and the activi <br />TRAILS COMMITTEE, MARTY ASLESON <br />The City recently adopted a resolution establis <br />(5) members.
