• • COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 14, 1996 Consideration of Resolution No. 96 - 142, Vacating a Portion of Drainage Easement, Lot 11, Block 1, Lino Air Park North Council Member Kuether moved to adopt Resolution No. 96 - 142, as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 96 - 142 can be found at the end of these minutes. PUBLIC HEARING, IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENTS FOR 1996 Resolution No. 96 - 131, Adopting Assessment, Behm's Century Farm Mr. Ahrens explained that this public hearing is required in connection with the assessment roll for the Behm's Century Farm project. This project is located on the north side of Lilac Street, off Thomas Street and the Lino Lakes Air Park. The assessments are summarized as follows: Trunk sewer area and unit charges Trunk water area and unit charges Wear course Surface water management fund Total assessment to Behm's Century Farms is $417,108.95. Mayor Landers opened the public hearing at 7:42 P.M. There being no public input, Council Member Kuether moved to close the public hearing at 7:43 P.M. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Council Member Kuether moved to adopt Resolution No. 96 - 131, as presented. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 96 - 131 can be found at the end of these minutes. Resolution No. 96 - 132, Adopting Assessment, Clearwater Creek, Phase I - Mr. Ahrens explained that this public hearing is relative to assessment to the Clearwater Creek Phase I development located immediately east of Otter Lake Road and south of Cedar Street. The assessment is based on the following: Street and street drainage - $54,263 for future improvements to Cedar St. Area and unit charges for sewer and water Wear course fund Surface water management and planning Total project assessment is $419,691.99. Mayor Landers opened the public hearing at 7:46 P.M. • There being no public input, Council Member Lyden moved to close the public hearing at 7:47 P.M. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
