COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 17,1997 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS (CUP), PETE KLUEGEL <br />Mr. Kluegel presented a list of current CUP' s. He noted that seven (7) CUP' s are inactive <br />and recommended that they be removed from his list. Council briefly reviewed the list <br />and directed Mr. Kluegel to bring this matter to the September 22nd Council meeting. <br />PUBLIC FACILITIES UPDATE, BRIAN WESSEL <br />Mr. Wessel and Mr. Schumacher will be meeting with the architect next Thursday to <br />continue working on the plans for the public facilities. The eminent domain process with <br />Mr. Ed Vaughan is proceeding and staff is currently negotiating with Mr. Funkhauser for <br />easements over his property which adjoins the property where the civic buildings will be <br />constructed. <br />Council Member Bergeson noted that at the last EDAAB meeting, a suggestion was made <br />to purchase Mr. Fundhauser's property. Staff will explore a land con 'lar to the <br />Glenn Rehbein contract. <br />Council Member Bergeson noted that some items ha e c o original <br />building plans.
