Public Hearing, FIRST READING Ordinance No. 17 - 97, Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment, Recreational Vehicles - Staff outlined the proposed Ordinance. It <br />was noted that the new Ordinance is less restrictive than the current Recreational <br />Vehicles Ordinance. <br />Mr. Bob Bening, a resident of Lino Lakes, explained that the new Ordinance does <br />nothing to help Lino Lakes residents get along with each other. He expressed concern <br />because he thought that this Ordinance was the direct result of a number of residents <br />calling City hall and complaining about the current Ordinance. Mr. Bening, who was one <br />of the residents requesting that the current Ordinance be enforced, said he feels that his <br />only options are to get along or move. <br />4E. The Council had directed <br />staff to prepare an improvement program that would reconstruct Ware Road as one <br />complete project and not in phases. Mr. Ahrens presented a Municipal State Aid (MSA) <br />program for the improvement of Ware Road. He noted the public hearing on this project <br />will be held at the June 23rd Council meeting.
