Arch Spec, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder for partitions; and <br />McGuire Mechanical Services, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder for mechanical; and <br />Arrow Sprinkler, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder for fire protection; and <br />Gephart Electric, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder for electrical. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the <br />contracts with the apparent lowest responsible bidders in the name of the City of Lino <br />Lakes for Bid Package No. 2 for the Civic Complex, according to the plans and <br />specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of <br />Adolfson & Peterson, Inc., construction manager for the Civic Complex. <br />2. Adolfson & Peterson, Inc. is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />Ad ted by the .` ncil of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of July, 1998. <br />t, <br />M lyn .
