CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 19, 1999 Council expressed concern regarding the legality of allocating MUSA at final plat. There was also concern regarding the trading of post 2010 MUSA. Council determined they would review the memo and discuss it at the next Council work session. Mayor Sullivan reminded Council Members about the fifteen -minute time limit regarding questions for City Consultants. ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN REPORT, BRIAN WESSEL An Environmental Focus Group meeting was held last evening. The draft plan was to be reviewed by the Council on June 2, 1999. However, it has been determined that more information is needed to complete the draft plan. The Environmental Board will review the plan next week. Staff will suggest a schedule be prepared for a joint Environment Board and Council meeting to review the draft Plan. Mayor Sullivan called for a short break. The meeting was reconvened at 7:33 p.m. PEREGRINE PASS DEVELOPMENT UPDATE, JEFF SMYSER Staff advised this project was reduced to nine (9) lots. All nine (9) lots meet the R -1X minimum requirements. All but four (4) lots meet the R -1X lot width standards. A condition of approval will be minimum house footprint sizes of the R -1X zoning district. It was noted the plan allows for keeping many trees in place. • Council Member Lyden stated he is against shared driveways. Staff explained shared driveways are permitted but not mandated.
