CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 19, 1999 <br />Council expressed concern regarding the legality of allocating MUSA at final plat. There <br />was also concern regarding the trading of post 2010 MUSA. <br />Council determined they would review the memo and discuss it at the next Council work <br />session. <br />Mayor Sullivan reminded Council Members about the fifteen -minute time limit regarding <br />questions for City Consultants. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN REPORT, BRIAN WESSEL <br />An Environmental Focus Group meeting was held last evening. The draft plan was to be <br />reviewed by the Council on June 2, 1999. However, it has been determined that more <br />information is needed to complete the draft plan. The Environmental Board will review <br />the plan next week. Staff will suggest a schedule be prepared for a joint Environment <br />Board and Council meeting to review the draft Plan. <br />Staff explained that when the draft plan comes before Council on Ju <br />is not required. All nine (9) lots meet the R -1X <br />minimum requirements. All but four (4) lots meet the R -1X lot width standards. A <br />condition of approval will be minimum house footprint sizes of the R -1X zoning district. <br />It was noted the plan allows for keeping many trees in place. <br />• Council Member Lyden stated he is against shared driveways. Staff explained shared <br />driveways are permitted but not mandated. <br />
