The
letter is a request for water service to a new subdivision, Wenzel Farm, which is to be
developed in the City of Hugo adjacent to the eastern boundary of Lino Lakes and Hugo.
The developer would pay the entire cost of extending the water service to that area and
the cost of the service to each property owner would typically be 10% more than the
normal rate for Lino Lakes residents.
The system in that area could support the additional services.
