The plat has
been revised and the developer would like to move forward. Two outstanding issues
relating to the plat include roadway/transportation issues and the access to Main Street. A
road to the south was promised to property owners to enable those property owners to
subdivide. Staff will recommend the road be developed. The access to Main Street is
critical to the City and developer. The church and developer have not been able to reach
an agreement.
