CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MARCH 8, 2000 Staff advised that if Council is comfortable with the plan, a request to approve the Joint Powers Agreement and direction regarding the Elmcrest vacation will be added to the regular Council agenda. Mayor Bergeson requested official documentation from both the Police and Fire Department prior to the Council meeting. Council directed staff to contact the City Attorney regarding whom the vacation will go to and which City will maintain the trail. This item will appear on the regular Council agenda Monday, March 13, 2000, 6:30 p.m. FINDINGS OF FACT MAJESTIC PINES CHURCH (RESOLUTION NO. 00 — 27), JEFF SMYSER Staff advised that at the February 28, 2000, Council meeting, Council denied the applications for a conditional use permit and site plan review for t is Pines Community Church. The City Attorney has advised that no further action regarding the denial of the conditional use permit is necessary. Council directed staff to confer with the City Attorney relating to additional findings of fact regarding the incomplete application and the applicant's request for approval before the application was complete.
