CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MARCH 8, 2000 <br />Staff advised that if Council is comfortable with the plan, a request to approve the Joint <br />Powers Agreement and direction regarding the Elmcrest vacation will be added to the <br />regular Council agenda. <br />Mayor Bergeson requested official documentation from both the Police and Fire <br />Department prior to the Council meeting. <br />Council directed staff to contact the City Attorney regarding whom the vacation will go to <br />and which City will maintain the trail. <br />This item will appear on the regular Council agenda Monday, March 13, 2000, 6:30 p.m. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT MAJESTIC PINES CHURCH (RESOLUTION NO. 00 — 27), <br />JEFF SMYSER <br />Staff advised that at the February 28, 2000, Council meeting, Council denied the <br />applications for a conditional use permit and site plan review for t is Pines <br />Community Church. To ensure clarity in the City's complianc i_ , the Council <br />should adopt findings for the action. Staff referred to they t t� s the <br />following findings of fact: <br />1.
