Staff advised they <br />anticipate the City has already spent its share of the implementation cost. <br />Council Member Carlson moved to adopt Resolution No. 00 — 38, as presented. Council Member <br />O'Donnell seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 00 — 38 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT, RICK DEGARDNER <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 00 — 34, Accepting Mountain Enterprises Donation for Kite <br />Day, Rick DeGardner — Staff advised the Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department will be <br />holding its fifth Kite Day event on Saturday, June 3, 2000, at Rice Lake Elementary School. This <br />event is free to children in the Quad City area. It is great fun to see the children and their families <br />assemble the kites and fly them. <br />In previous years the kites were donated to the Lino Lakes Park <br />vendor. (3/5 Vote Required), Mary Divine - Staff advised this is <br />the SECOND READING of an ordinance to sell .79 acres of land in the Apollo Business Park to Nol- <br />Tec Systems. The company is interested in holding this site for future expansion. The City and Nol- <br />Tec agreed to a purchase price of $41,900, plus assessments. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve the SECOND READING, of Ordinance No. 04 — 00, <br />as presented. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. <br />
