Council Member Dahl seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 00 —121, CSAH 49 Reconstruction, John Powell — Staff advised at the November <br />8, 2000, Council work session, Council Members stated that action of the CSAH 49 project would be <br />taken at the November 27, 2000, City Council meeting. At the November 22, 2000, Council work <br />session the City Council clarified the type and scope of action to be taken. Staff was directed to make <br />specific revisions to a resolution prepared and approved by the Shoreview City Council on November <br />20, 2000 pertaining to CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road). To this end, Resolution No. 00 —121 has been <br />prepared. He also expressed concern relating going back to <br />the County and rejecting alltions. <br />Mayor Bergeson stated that issue is a concern and was discussed by the Council at the last work <br />session. <br />Ms. Judy Bartels, Baldwin Circle Court, came forward and asked why option E, making the roadway <br />into a City street, has not been discussed. <br />The City Engineer advised that option was offered by the County and information about that option <br />was sent to residents. <br />Council Member Carlson stated that option would be excessively expensive for the City. <br />
