Council Member O'Donnell moved to continue PUBLIC HEARING, Bluebill Ponds Utility and Street Improvements, to the December 11, 2000, Council meeting. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 00 —121, CSAH 49 Reconstruction, John Powell — Staff advised at the November 8, 2000, Council work session, Council Members stated that action of the CSAH 49 project would be taken at the November 27, 2000, City Council meeting. At the November 22, 2000, Council work session the City Council clarified the type and scope of action to be taken. Staff was directed to make specific revisions to a resolution prepared and approved by the Shoreview City Council on November 20, 2000 pertaining to CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road). To this end, Resolution No. 00 —121 has been prepared. Staff read the Resolution in full noting the Council initiated the action. Mayor Bergeson stated that issue is a concern and was discussed by the Council at the last work session. Ms. Judy Bartels, Baldwin Circle Court, came forward and asked why option E, making the roadway into a City street, has not been discussed. The City Engineer advised that option was offered by the County and information about that option was sent to residents. Council Member Carlson stated that option would be excessively expensive for the City.
