COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 27, 2000 Mr. John Hudgens, 6661 Pelican Place, came forward and stated he has read through the resolution and would like Council to consider the following issues: 1. Who would take responsibility to get all the entities involved together? 2. Setting a timetable for the meetings. 3. Perhaps scheduling a Council work session to define the goals and objectives that are referred to within the resolution. Mr. Ken Reichert, 6669 Pelican Place, came forward and stated he is in favor of the resolution. He stated there is concern regarding the time constraints. Many residents are in limbo now regarding what to do with their property. The resolution leaves the timing wide open. He suggested the Council add a time period to the resolution. Residents need to know when a decision will be made. Council Member Carlson asked for clarification regarding Council Member Reinert's proposed changes to the resolution. Council Member Reinert advised the two (2) cities involved sh•x:d pel d out.
