COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 11, 2000 Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 00 — 123, as presented. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Resolution No. 00 — 123 can be found in the City Clerk's office. PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAVE PECCHIA Renew Contract for Animal Control Services with Otter Lake Animal Care Center, Dave Pecchia — Staff advised the City of Lino Lakes has had Otter Lake Animal Control Center as its contract holder for the past five (5) years. The City's relationship during this time with the business has been very professional and the City was able to meet the needs of the citizens, Otter Lake Animal Control Center and the City by utilizing the provisions of this contract. There are no changes from last year's contract. Staff requested the contract be renewed for calendar year 2001. Council Member Carlson moved to approve the request to enter into a Lake Animal Control Center, as presented. Council Member O'D Motion carried unanimously. contract with the Otter ed the motion. Council Member O'Donnell moved to continue PUBLIC HEARING, Bluebill Ponds Utility and Street Improvements, to the January 8, 2001, City Council meeting. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC HEARING, FIRST READING, Ordinance No. 17 — 00, Vacation of Right-of-way for Lois Lane (Property known as 7870 Country Lane), John Powell — Staff advised Mr. Barry Przybylski of 7870 Country Lane has requested the vacation of the unconstructed cul-de-sac on the north/east corner of his property. This right-of-way was secured as a part of the Mar Don Acres plat in 1978 and is no longer necessary due to the recently developed Highland Meadows West Plat. Lois Lane now continues to the east from Mr. Przybylski's property.
