COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 11, 2000 <br />Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution No. 00 — 123, as presented. Council Member <br />Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 00 — 123 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT, DAVE PECCHIA <br />Renew Contract for Animal Control Services with Otter Lake Animal Care Center, Dave <br />Pecchia — Staff advised the City of Lino Lakes has had Otter Lake Animal Control Center as its <br />contract holder for the past five (5) years. The City's relationship during this time with the business <br />has been very professional and the City was able to meet the needs of the citizens, Otter Lake Animal <br />Control Center and the City by utilizing the provisions of this contract. There are no changes from <br />last year's contract. <br />Staff requested the contract be renewed for calendar year 2001. <br />Council Member Carlson moved to approve the request to enter into a <br />Lake Animal Control Center, as presented. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, FIRST READING, Ordinance No. 17 — 00, Vacation of Right-of-way for <br />Lois Lane (Property known as 7870 Country Lane), John Powell — Staff advised Mr. Barry <br />Przybylski of 7870 Country Lane has requested the vacation of the unconstructed cul-de-sac on the <br />north/east corner of his property. This right-of-way was secured as a part of the Mar Don Acres plat <br />in 1978 and is no longer necessary due to the recently developed Highland Meadows West Plat. Lois <br />Lane now continues to the east from Mr. Przybylski's property. <br />
