During <br />'nistration Dan Tesch served as acting City Administrator. <br />In recognition of the additional responsibilities he assumed, staff is requesting that Mr. Tesch be <br />granted additional compensation in the amount of 10% of his normal salary for the six (6) weeks the <br />City Administrator was absent. <br />This has been the City's practice for unionized employees who perform higher level duties for at least <br />two (2) consecutive weeks. The source of funds would be salary savings that accrued during the <br />Administrator's leave. <br />Council Member Carlson moved to approve 10% additional salary for Mr. Dan Tesch for six (6) <br />weeks. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
