COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 12,2001 <br />Resolution No. 01— 24 can be found in the City Clerk's office. <br />Accept Resignation of Officer, Police Chief Dave Pecchia (3/5 Vote Required) — Chief Pecchia <br />advised Officer Travis Muyres has submitted a letter of resignation from the Lino Lakes Police <br />Department citing his pursuit of other employment. He has accepted a position with the Department <br />of Natural Resources (DNR) as a conservation officer. Staff requested the City Council accepts <br />Officer Muyres' resignation and wishes him well in his future endeavors. <br />Chief Pecchia advised they anticipate beginning a selection process as soon as possible to replace the <br />vacancy created by this resignation. <br />Council Member O'Donnell moved to accept resignation from Officer Muyres, as presented. Council <br />Member Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />Resolution No. 01— 27, Final Payment for 2000 Wear Course and <br />(3/5 Vote Required) — City Engineer Powell advised the Contract <br />Trail Paving Project is requesting City Approval of Payment N <br />$25,431.25. The project included the paving of certain trails <br />paving was done in new development.
