COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 12, 2001 <br />It was necessary to pave a leveling course in the Pheasant <br />Hills Preserve 7th and 8th Additions because the existing <br />base course had settled and the wear course could not be <br />paved thick enough to get the street up to the proper <br />elevation. <br />$ 9,956.00 <br />4. In 1999, at the request of several residents, a portion of <br />Pheasant Hills Preserve 7th Addition was paved to provide a <br />smooth transition to driveways until the wear course could be <br />paved the following year. This area had to be milled for the <br />placement of wear course. $ 2,874.80 <br />TOTAL COST <br />$25,431.25 <br />Those portions of the above additional costs that are related to specific subdivisions will be charged to <br />the subdivision. <br />The quantity of work has been verified by the City's Resident Pro' ative and accurately <br />represents the materials, labor, and work tasks completed. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to adopt Resolution N 7, esented. After much concentrated effort, it <br />een reached. <br />The City, property owne c and RPEHA have agreed to a proposal that provides this trail segment. A <br />15' wide park trail will begin at the north end of Black Duck Drive, through two (2) residential lots, <br />proceed through Outlots A and B (connecting with the Anoka County Park trail). The trail will <br />include a larger triangular parcel at the north end of Outlot A, which will avoid segmenting the outlot <br />with the trail. To facilitate this agreement, minor subdivisions are required to adequately define and <br />record this trail segment. City Planner Smyser referred to a drawing and reviewed the areas to be <br />subdivided as follows: <br />Pink area from Lot 8, Block 1, (Kuzel property) <br />Green area - from Lots 8, Block 2, (Shut property) <br />Blue area — Outlots A & B (RPEHA property) <br />The Park Board has reviewed this request and recommended approval.
