CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION JUNE 6, 2001 <br />Mayor Bergeson advised there is a formal City process to get conditions of approval <br />changed or eliminated. The two -(2) issues relating to this item are the complaints from <br />the neighbors and legal issues. <br />A resident highlighted his issues regarding the sound test that was not conducted on the <br />east or west side of the site, shuttle lift equipment, and storage only on the northern <br />portion of the site. He indicated he will document all his concerns in writing and <br />distribute to the Council, City staff and Molin Concrete. <br />MARSHAN LANE SUBDIVISION, JEFF SMYSER <br />City Planner Smyser advised a property owner by Marshan Lane, behind City Hall, owns <br />a single parcel with an existing house on the lot. The owner would like to break off a <br />separate lot for the house to sell. There are no utilities there so it is prohibited by <br />ordinance. The property owner has requested Council direction. The features of the structure were <br />just a request. <br />City Planner Smyser advised he does not believe the changes to the building are <br />substantial enough to go through the entire City process again. However, the Council did <br />approve the plan with the condition relating to the design of the building. <br />3 <br />
