• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 11, 2001 <br />Council Member Carlson vote yea. Council Member O'Donnell voted yea. Council Member Reinert <br />voted yea. Council Member Dahl voted yea. Mayor Bergeson voted yea. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 11 — 01 can be found in the City Clerk's Office. <br />Resolution No. 01— 79, Preliminary Plat for Spirit Hills — City Planner Smyser advised the <br />applicant had submitted an application for a preliminary plat for a single-family development to be <br />known as Spirit Hills. The site was located on the northeast corner of Highway 49 and Birch Street, <br />between Rice Lake and Shenandoah Addition. The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed an <br />application that included single-family lots and townhomes at their April meeting and tabled action <br />based on the mixed use and other issues related to the design. The applicant revised the preliminary <br />plat to include all single-family homes for review by the Planning and mg Board.
