He referred to the Transportation Plan for the City noting it shows West Shadow being extended to 62nd Street and County Road J. He added that 62nd Street is also proposed to extend to Holly Drive. He stated he hopes the path compromise will work out. It is time to vote and move on. He thanked staff for allowing him to come to the City and review all the information. Mr. John Teschendorf, 6208 Hollow Lane, stated he purchased his property because he wanted to be in a nice quiet area with a good school district. He moved in last month. It is ridiculous to borrow funds for a low priority street. He purchased his property because it is in a quiet area. He asked the Council to drive down 62nd Street and notice it is too narrow for a road and path. He questioned who will pay for the sewer and water. He noted there will be too much traffic and he does not want the roadway to go through. City Engineer Powell explained the City process used for fund wer and water.
