CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION AUGUST 22, 2001 <br />At the Planning and Zoning Board meeting, a motion to approve the variance and minor <br />subdivision failed 3-4. A subsequent motion to deny both actions failed for lack of a <br />second. <br />City Planner Smyser advised staff is recommending denial of the application based on <br />lack of justification. <br />Council Member Dahl requested a copy of the Planning and Zoning Board meeting <br />minutes relating to this issue. <br />This item will appear on the regular Council agenda, Monday, Aust 27, 2001, 6:30 <br />p.m. <br />RAMSAY VARIANCE REQUEST, JEFF SMYSER <br />City Planner Smyser advised, the Ramsays applied for a pmi R=to > ild a pool.
