CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION SEPTEMBER 5, 2001 <br />Mayor Bergeson stated if Council Members have any concerns they need to let staff know <br />as soon as possible. It is very important that the City does not send the application <br />without a clarifying letter similar to last year. <br />Economic Development Assistant Divine distributed and reviewed a summary of the <br />market report on senior housing. <br />Council Member Carlson requested information on affordability guidelines. <br />This item will appear on the regular Council agenda Monday, September 10, 2001, 6:30 <br />p.m. <br />BOECKMAN PROPERTY DRAINAGE, JOHN POWELL <br />City Engineer Powell advised the Council authorized a contract for . City Engineer Powell stated the project is forcing the Boeckman's to <br />move their well. The City needs to provide a positive outlet for the pond. The City could <br />look at ditching the overflow instead of the pipe. However, that option would be more <br />susceptible to tampering. <br />Council Member Dahl inquired about the time frame regarding the possible <br />reconstruction of the roadway.
