The only input residents have had is where to put the bushes. <br />Mr. John Hudgens, resident of Lino Lakes, stated he finds it hard to believe that Ramsey <br />County can do things that Anoka County cannot. Shoreview lowered the speed limit on <br />that roadway and it seems that they are still getting the turn -back funds. He stated he <br />feels that Anoka County can do the same things, but they don't want to. Residents were <br />told that the old design was out and the plan would start over. The road is still a four -(4) <br />lane road. The County did change the speed limit to 45 mph but did not change the <br />amount of right of way or the amount of lanes. He expressed concern regarding the <br />construction easement and noted residents do not want to lose th ees. He will also ask the County if they can have 86 feet of right of way <br />if the City purchases the additional right of way. He noted -the City does have the need <br />for utility extensions down to County Road J. <br />Councilmember O'Donnell stated he is very concerned that if the City doesn't work this <br />out while it has a voice the County will do the project without City approval. <br />
